Completely re-document the
injectRefinjector for v2, including documentation and a basic example.Update temporary /not-found links from the existing v2 docs to point to the new doc. Use links to our /not-done page for other v2 APIs that aren't documented yet for now. These will be rerouted as the other new pages are added.
