`find_package(rxcpp "4.1.1" CONFIG REQUIRED)` fails because CMake module version is not updated

The file projects/CMake/CMakeLists.txt has the version still set to 2.2.4.

This means that if you run find_package(rxcpp "4.1.1" CONFIG REQUIRED), it will fail because the package erroneously reports that its version is still 2.2.4.

It just needs to be updated with the actual version.
