Consider adding `fundingUrl` to `manifest.json`

Obsidian allows adding `fundingUrl` to `manifest.json`. This property can be used to add one or more links to sponsor the author. These links will show up in Obsidian as well.

Considering you have a Ko-Fi link on both this repository and the documentation, I would considering adding it to `manifest.json` as well.
