Opening this because the linked WebKit bugzilla points to (it's a dead link but can be found here https://lists.webkit.org/archives/list/webkit-dev@lists.webkit.org/thread/XMMDAMMJJ7K23ZNZOI5V2N4MU5AS3GLM/#XMMDAMMJJ7K23ZNZOI5V2N4MU5AS3GLM) a negative position, but it doesn't show up in https://webkit.org/standards-positions/ as that's the base for these positions going forwards I think it would be good to show this API (and any other of device capability APIs that are explicitly negative there)
