Update forge-inspector to 0.0.7 #256

Summary
Bump forge-inspector to npm 0.0.7 and ensure the app uses the published package instead of the previous 0.0.6 reference.
Context
forge-inspector@0.0.7 was just published to npm. We should consume it in the frontend so development uses the published inspector and picks up the latest fixes.
Tasks
- Update the frontend forge-inspector dependency to ^0.0.7 and refresh pnpm-lock.yaml.
- Confirm there are no remaining local/path references to forge-inspector.
- Run a quick frontend smoke (build or dev) to verify the inspector still loads.
Acceptance Criteria
- pnpm-lock.yaml resolves forge-inspector to 0.0.7.
- Frontend builds and the inspector panel renders without regressions.
