CPU pinned when pasting long multiline text in TUI #968
Description
When pasting a long multiline text in the TUI input area (using ctrl-shift-v), there are some cpu related performance issues which cause usage to spike to using 100% of the rendering thread and the TUI to therefore become really slow until the text has managed to get sent and removed from the input area
