Filtering out inactive rules doesn't seem to work

I have a largish config that has many disabled rules, and I'd like to see the list that only includes active rules. I expected that filtering by State = "Active" on the rules page would hide all of the disabled rules, but as far as I can tell it does nothing.

which is the same display as State = "All".

The other filter options appear to work as expected.

This is using v1.3.0.

Hi! I believe the State here refers to the rule's internal status, not whether it's enabled in your configuration. You might want to filter by Usage - Error/Warning.

that doesn't work either, filtering by warning still shows all of the disabled rules, same with error.

So I guess this is less of a bug and more of a feature request. It would be really useful to be able to hide disabled rules, and I can't find a way to do so.
