[Bug]: OpenPasswordChangeDialog allow change password without entering old password

Describe the issue

When we change password using OpenPasswordChangeDialog from "Password Dialog Management", if we don't touch the field "Old password" but directly enter new password, we will be able to change password successfully.

Expected behavior

If the Old password is empty, we should rise an error when user tries to enter new password.

Steps to reproduce

Click "Change Password"
Directly enter new password and confirm new password
Click OK
