Add support for VS 2026 (18.0)

Since Visual Studio 2026 is now available, please add support for it to the VSTest v2/v3 task so we can use Visual Studio 2026 on Azure DevOps Server and Services.

@tarunramsinghani / @sanjays-ms very happy that MSBuild/VSBuild/NuGetCommandV2 was now fixed to support Visual Studio 2026, but VSTest is still left out. Any chance that this could be fixed too?

Will have this put in the backlog. Will prioritize in next few weeks.

@tarunramsinghani sorry to be a bit insistent here, but Visual Studio 2026 and .Net 10 was released on November 11th and these relative small changes needed to gain support in Azure DevOps, seems to be dragging out.

@andysterland already prepared the majority of changes needed here:

Even with the changes committed I figure that is also takes time to release and make the new tasks available on Azure DevOps Services. For us that also depend on Azure DevOps Server, we will either have to wait additional month before an update is released including the new tasks or deploy them manually and hope that they are compatible with everything else.

I worry for the upcoming change in the release cycle of Visual Studio where a new annual version will be released every year. Will we then have this struggle every November?
