Timeline for SMART v2 and fine-grained scopes on AHDS FHIR managed service

Hi team,

We’re using the managed Azure Health Data Services FHIR server and are preparing for ONC 2026, including SMART v2 and fine-grained patient/user scopes. We’ve noticed recent activity in the repo related to these features and were hoping to confirm whether the upcoming November 2025 managed update for AHDS FHIR will include support for SMART v2 and fine-grained scopes.

Our client is planning their rollout timeline around this, so any guidance you can share on expected availability or the best place to track status (roadmap, release notes, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.
