Problem at install: "Couldn't find manifest for 'pear-desktop'"

Hello all,

I am quite a noobie in GitHub, and it is my first time here. I am trying to install the Pear Desktop package via Scoop, but I get always the same error when trying to install the package: Couldn't find manifest for 'pear-desktop'

I could not find any file in my PC or in the GitHub file tree that could appear fitting this "pear-desktop" manifesto document. :(

Could someone be so kind to provide any help, please ?
