In requirements, should probably mention a few more things

In https://docs.pipeshub.com/quickstart, a few things it left out:

1. Docker is needed (kind of obvious, but probably no harm in mentioning it)
2. Amount of disk space - looks like pipeshub itself is 4.8GB (wow, a lot!)
