It doesn't unban

I try to unban a user but it doesn’t work. In the console it shows that the user was unbanned, and when I try to use the unban again it says the user is not banned, but the user still can’t join and in the database the ban is still there.

Any web logs errors ?
You able to provide us the whole line entrie of the user banned ? (you can edit the ip with random numbers but keep the same lenght for each pieces) ?
