MsaServer: file names and hierarchy details of "databases"

Hi,

I'm trying to set up the local MSA server, but I'm struggling at the step of the databases.
I've ran the setup_databases.sh script several times, but each time it is complaining either about the files that are not in the correct place, or about files that are missing.

Would someone be able to provide me with the details of what is actually expected in terms of files and folders in the database directory?
