Call out Dev dependencies in readme

I'd like to better see and understand which pieces pulled in are required at runtime vs just build time.
If some of the dependencies (e.g. vue-native-custom-transformer-plugin, pug, stylus, typescript) are able to be dev dependencies, could you please update the readme to reflect that?
It's helpful to me as a developer deciding what tech to use to see what I'm committing to build-time vs run-time.
